Terms of Service – Worksheet Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Worksheet Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Worksheet Studio is a web-based tool that allows teachers, tutors, and parents to create, customize, and export educational worksheets for children (PreK–Grade 12). Features include a drag-and-drop canvas editor, automated worksheet generators, templates, PDF/PNG export, and a shop for one-time digital worksheet pack purchases.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to save and manage worksheets. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits (e.g., worksheet count and export limits). We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the plan and billing interval you choose. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, currency conversion, or payment provider fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan and your worksheets remain accessible.

Shop Purchases

Shop products are one-time digital purchases and are separate from paid subscriptions. A shop purchase grants access to download the specific digital worksheet pack you purchased. It does not include paid subscription features unless explicitly stated on the product page.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Worksheet Studio is a digital product that provides immediate access to online tools, templates, generators, exports, subscriptions, and downloadable files after purchase. We provide a Free plan so you can evaluate the editor, templates, exports, and a sample of the generators before committing to a paid subscription. Because digital access and downloads are delivered immediately, we do not issue refunds for paid periods (whether full or partial), unused time, shop purchases, accidental purchases, accidental renewals, plan changes, failure to cancel before a renewal date, or account inactivity. Please make sure the Free plan and any product preview meet your needs before purchasing.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all worksheets and content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and serve it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to use any images, fonts, or other materials you upload, and that Your Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or sexually explicit
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to generate content at scale beyond normal use
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Worksheet Studio platform, including its design, code, templates, and generator logic, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our explicit written consent. Built-in templates and icons are licensed for use within the Service only and may not be extracted and used elsewhere. Pro subscriptions are for personal, classroom, tutoring, homeschool, or household use only and do not allow commercial use or marketplace sales. Creator subscriptions allow commercial use of worksheets you create with the Service, but do not allow you to resell, redistribute, upload, share, or extract the Worksheet Studio platform, generator logic, source files, built-in asset libraries, or purchased shop files as standalone products. Shop worksheet packs are licensed for your personal classroom, tutoring, homeschool, or household use only unless a product page says otherwise.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated worksheets will meet any specific educational standard. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
