Frequently asked questions

Minada Studio is split into Learning Studio, Planner Studio, and Book Studio. Learning Studio is for worksheets, generators, exercise blocks, and classroom resources. Planner Studio is for planner pages, covers, tabs, dated systems, and reusable layouts. Book Studio is for print-ready book interiors, covers, trim sizes, and page systems.

You can subscribe to one studio at a time or choose the All Studios Bundle. A single-studio subscription unlocks that studio only. The bundle unlocks Learning Studio, Planner Studio, and Book Studio together on the same account.

Personal is for your own teaching, tutoring, homeschool, household, classroom, or internal use. Creator includes the paid studio features plus commercial use rights for selling resources you create with Minada Studio.

Your account can access every studio included in your active subscriptions. If you have multiple studios or the bundle, use the dashboard and studio navigation to open the studio you want to work in.

Yes. Free accounts can create, edit, and save projects in all three studios. In Learning Studio, the Free plan includes up to 30 saved worksheet pages in total, 5 worksheet generations per month, and 10 exports per month. Premium templates, folders, uploads, and generated answer keys require the matching paid studio plan.

The monthly Free allowance is 10 exports. Free Learning Studio exports include Minada Studio attribution. In Planner Studio and Book Studio, a Free export includes only the first 10 project pages and carries a visible Minada Studio watermark. Personal and Creator plans for the matching studio unlock clean, full-project exports.

Learning Studio is for printable worksheets, templates, generators, interactives, exercise blocks, academic tools, and classroom-ready resources.

Templates are ready-made designs you can open and edit. Generators build a new worksheet from your settings, such as topic, difficulty, page count, layout, and question type.

Yes. Generated worksheets open in the canvas editor, so you can edit text, images, layout, page size, colors, page order, and export settings.

Some Learning Studio generators support answer keys and teacher or parent guides. Generated answer keys require an active Personal or Creator plan for Learning Studio and appear only for generators that support them. Teacher or parent guide availability depends on the generator.

Signed-in users can save worksheet projects to the dashboard, subject to their plan limits. Saved projects remain editable, so you can reopen, duplicate, and export them. Organizing Learning Studio worksheets into folders requires an active paid Learning Studio plan.

Planner Studio is for printable planner products, including dated pages, undated pages, covers, tabs, dividers, trackers, spreads, and reusable layout systems.

Book Studio is for print-ready book projects such as workbooks, journals, activity books, interiors, covers, trim-size setup, margins, gutters, bleed, and export-ready files.

Yes, if you have the matching Creator plan for that studio or the Creator bundle. Personal plans are for personal, classroom, homeschool, tutoring, or internal use only.

Some editing tools are shared across studios, but each studio has its own workflow and product type. Use Learning Studio for worksheets, Planner Studio for planner products, and Book Studio for print-ready book projects.

Courses are short lessons that show how to use Minada Studio. If you get stuck or want to learn a workflow faster, start there first.

Yes. Some lessons apply to every studio, and others are specific to Learning Studio, Planner Studio, or Book Studio.

Use courses when you are not sure where a tool is, how a workflow works, or which studio is best for the project you are making.

No. Courses teach the main workflows. If something is broken or account-specific, contact support.

The Shop is for one-time digital resource purchases. After checkout, purchased products appear in Account > My purchases with download controls.

No. Shop purchases are separate from studio subscriptions. Buying a shop product gives access to that product, but it does not unlock a full studio subscription.

When a product supports editable copies, you can open it as your personal copy and edit it without changing the original shop product.

No. A valid purchased Shop product appears in My purchases with its available download and Edit copy options. The purchased copy can be used without a separate paid studio plan, but paid tools or unrelated projects outside that purchase still follow your current plan.

Check Account > My purchases first. If it is still missing after checkout is complete, contact support with the email used at checkout.

Yes. The editor supports common print formats such as US Letter, A4, A5, Legal, and other studio-specific sizes when available.

Yes. Worksheet and product exports can support color or black-and-white output depending on the project type and product settings.

Yes. Available formats depend on the studio, page type, and export workflow. Minada Studio supports PDF and image exports, including PNG or JPEG where the selected workflow offers them. Free-plan attribution, watermark, page, and monthly export limits still apply.

Yes. After saving a worksheet, you can enable a public sharing link. Anyone who has the link can view the shared worksheet; no Minada account is required. You can hide or show an available answer key, disable sharing, or revoke the old link and generate a new one.

Yes. Minada Studio works in modern browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Detailed layout editing is still easier on a larger screen.

No. The Uploads menu is available only when the user has an active Personal or Creator plan for that studio. A paid subscription to one studio does not unlock uploads inside another studio.

Personal includes 500 MB and Creator includes 1 GB for uploaded images and custom fonts combined. The storage allowance follows the active plan for the studio where you are working.

If your account loses all paid upload access after a Personal or Creator subscription ends, uploaded images and custom fonts are kept for a 14-day grace period and then permanently deleted. Existing projects keep their file references, but deleted images will no longer display or export and deleted custom fonts may fall back to another font. Renew before the deletion deadline to cancel the scheduled deletion.

Yes. Paid users can manage uploaded images and fonts from the Uploads panel while upload access is active.

Studio subscriptions and Shop payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy. You must sign in before starting a studio subscription checkout; after payment, the subscription is linked to that signed-in Minada account and access is updated from the payment confirmation.

Yes. Open the billing portal from your Account page to cancel future renewals. A canceled subscription remains active until the end of its already-paid billing period. After it expires, that studio returns to Free access; if the account then has no paid upload access, the 14-day upload grace period begins.

Minada Studio subscriptions and Shop products provide immediate digital access and are generally non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. This does not limit any non-waivable remedy required by applicable consumer law; see the No-Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Personal and Creator plans both allow your own classroom, tutoring, homeschool, household, and internal use.

Only Creator plans include commercial use rights for selling resources you create. Creator sellers should customize the resource and make it meaningfully their own before selling.

No. Creator rights do not allow reselling purchased shop packs, templates, source files, or lightly edited copies as your own product. Shop products and templates are for use within your license, not redistribution.
